Lobbying on mats
Working closely with member firms, mat manufacturer Milliken and DTV, our industry is coordinating Europe-wide efforts to make sure rental mats rental are not discouraged at entrances. We are contributing to new wording on mats in draft technical standard prEN 17210 (2019) "Accessibility and usability of the built environment". We argue that not only should loose laid mats be encouraged, their proper servicing should also be promoted!
