ETSA customer expectations study presented to Board
Ducker presented the study results to the ETSA Board on 5 October. The work was highly commended, even if some messages are not so positive for us. Study scope: workwear customer expectations in France, Germany, Poland and the UK.
Are we meeting customers expectations in terms of ontime delivery, quality of cleaning, value for money, contract duration, etc.? A Project Group debrief call will be arranged in November. The ETSA Secretariat is organising dissemination of the results to membership. The Board will further evaluate the report and alternatives on usage of results and whether Ducker should deepen its analysis in the future.
