2025 International Laundry Open Days: Building on Last Year's Success
The 2025 edition of the International Laundry Open Days is set to take place from March 24-29, 2025, and promises to build on the incredible momentum of the 2024 campaign. Last year, this initiative brought together participants from France, Belgium, the UK, and the Czech Republic, through our ETSA national associations in these places. They successfully showcased the diverse career opportunities within the textile services industry. This year, we are excited to welcome new participants: Germany, Italy and the Netherlands further expanding this initiative's International reach.
Organized under the ETSA umbrella with our national associations, this year's campaign will focus on diversity and inclusion as its central theme, emphasizing the importance of finding talent from all walks of life and showcasing the industry as a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Participating laundries across Europe will open their doors to the public and prospective job seekers.
The 2025 International Laundry Open Days aim not only to address ongoing labor shortages but also to inspire a new generation of talent by promoting the industry's progressive values. With multilingual communication materials and an inclusive approach, the event seeks to connect with diverse communities and foster awareness about the opportunities available in the textile service sector. Interested in joining this initiative? Contact the ETSA Secretariat to participate in this transformative campaign. Together, let's ensure a sustainable and diverse future for the textile services industry!
